We are a husband-and-wife real estate team, originally from Yuba City, California, who took a leap of faith and made the exciting move to Los Cabos, Baja. There are so many new builds in Cabo and a good broker knows which ones are tracking to complete on time and which ones are stuck in the mud, which builders overpromise and which ones over-deliver. JJ and Olivia gave us excellent advice and guided us to the perfect property for us. It has the right location, the right amenities and by purchasing during construction we got a fantastic price on a pre-build development that finished on-time.
